Occupational Therapy Initial Assessment £500

What's included:

• A remote 60 min pre-assessment consultation to discuss your background including milestones, physical health, difficulties with performing your Activities of Daily Living (ADL's), interests and goals for treatment OR
• A 90 min face to face assessment can be conducted in your home if you require home assessment for equipment - Only available within 3 hour driving distance of Glasgow.
• A written report with recommendations for further treatment/equipment.
• A remote feedback session to discuss the report and recommendations.
